Through motorsports, community, advocacy and unforgettable experiences, we build confidence, raise awareness and show that a bleeding disorder may be part of your story — but it does not have to define your dreams.

Establishing a permanent presence at major racing circuits to provide visibility and resources for the bleeding disorders community globally.

Empowering young bleeders to pursue high-octane careers in engineering, motorsports, and creative arts through dedicated financial support.

Developing physical and digital spaces where families can connect with experts, share survival stories, and build lifelong pit crews.

Why I Started This
My name is Rocco Weber.
I was born with hemophilia, a bleeding disorder that has shaped my life from the very beginning. I know what it feels like to be different. I know what it feels like to be bruised, limited, scared, misunderstood, and sometimes alone. But I also know what it feels like to survive.
For most of my life, racing has been my world. Sprint cars, dirt tracks, pit areas, long nights, Victory Lane, Knoxville Raceway—that’s where I found energy, purpose, friendships, and a reason to keep pushing forward.
Now I want to use that same racing world to bring awareness to bleeding disorders in a new way. Not stiff. Not boring. Not quiet. But loud, proud, emotional, and real.
Bleeders Have Dreams Too Foundation was created because I believe people living with bleeding disorders deserve to feel seen. They deserve to feel included. They deserve to know they are part of something bigger than themselves.
This is personal to me. I’ve lived it. I’ve bled through it. I’ve survived it. Now I want to do something with it.

The Push Behind the Purpose
This woman right here is a big reason I’m doing what I’m doing. My mom has encouraged me to take everything I’ve lived through, everything I’ve survived, and everything I’ve learned along the way and use it for something bigger than myself. That’s a big part of why my wife and I are in the process of starting the Bleeders Have Dreams Too Foundation. This is not about stepping on anybody’s toes or trying to replace any other chapter, charity, or nonprofit. I have a lot of respect for the people and organizations that have already done so much good for the bleeding disorders community. This is simply my way of giving back the best way I know how. I’m trying to use my own story, my own relationships, and the racing world I’ve spent my life in to bring awareness in a different lane, my lane. I’ve been blessed to know a lot of people, go a lot of places, and survive a lot of things. My mom kept pushing me to realize maybe all of that happened for a reason. So that’s what I’m trying to do now. Take the life I’ve lived. Take the people I know. Take the platform I’ve been given. And turn it into awareness, hope, and opportunity for others. Because bleeders have dreams too.
Why Ryan White Mattered to Me
Ryan White wasn’t just a headline or a face on the news; for a young kid growing up with hemophilia, he was a silent brother in the fight. He showed the world that a diagnosis doesn’t define your character, and that bravery isn’t the absence of fear—it’s standing up when the world tries to push you out. His story is a pillar of why I do this. We don’t just race for ourselves; we race for the ones who cleared the track for us.
