The Bleeders Have Dreams Too Foundation Inaugural U.S. Hemophilia Invitational is coming this weekend to Knoxville, Iowa — the Sprint Car Capital of the World.

What started as an idea is getting ready to become a real weekend with families, bleeders, and people from the hemophilia community coming in from across the country. We’re honored to have some special personalities from the hemophilia world involved, including L.A. Aguillar and Dr. Joe Moleski, along with the award-winning HEMOLife podcast.

HEMOLife will be live trackside at Knoxville Raceway, and even though Dr. Joe can’t be here in person for this one, he’ll still be joining us live through the podcast. Dr. Joe was part of the original inspiration and planning behind this event, and we’re grateful for his heart, his guidance, and his continued support.

This weekend is about more than racing. It’s about awareness, fellowship, families, friendships, and showing the bleeding disorders community that they belong anywhere dreams are being chased — even at the greatest dirt track in the world.
